The one bedroom apartment I moved into was newly renovated and very spacious (as compared to other one bedroom apartments I have had in the area). Beside the great living conditions it is also a great living location. Being a block away from 495 makes getting around the northern VA/DC area extremely easy and convenient. When it was time to renew my lease for another year I did so without hesitating."

"I have really enjoyed my experience at The Avant over the last year and look forward to my second year in my apartment. The staff at The Avant has always been extremely helpful and always makes sure my needs are fulfilled; whether it be dealing with a maintenance request or a concern, they always step up to the plate and take care of it! I was lucky enough to move into one of the newly remodeled apartments and I love every part of it. Because of the care The Avant took in picking out cabinets, flooring, and paint colors, my apartment feels more like a home than a rental. The grounds are well maintained and the cleaning and maintenance crews do an excellent job of making sure everything looks attractive and nice. And I LOVE the workout room and the swimming pool! Overall, The Avant is a great place to live!"

"I really enjoy living in The Avant apartments. It is very convenient. For example the shopping center is very close. The community pool is very nice, it's very big and a lot of people come. The lifeguards help to maintain a safe and positive environment for everyone of any age. The thing I am very happy about and I am grateful is that the school is very close by and the children can come and go to school without any problems. The school is about two blocks from my apartment. The neighbors help out each other. For me getting to and coming from work has always been a struggle, but now that I am living at The Avant apartments the beltway is very close - I even get back earlier from work and I have more time to spend with my family. The people at the office are great and they ask you step-by-step questions. They help with all my problems and resolve them in a timely manner which is a good thing. Thank you."
