- The Bookkeeper is the Resident Service advocate that specializes in accounting issues. If a resident has questions with payment history, billing or anything financially-related, they are the first point person to contact.
- The Resident Service Coordinators specialize in community operations. They are pros at answering general questions about parking, storage, your lease, and assisting in receiving your rent payment.
